As a member of the Sutton Place Homeowners’ Association (“HOA”) I agree to follow the rules established for use of the pool. In addition, I agree to the following:
-I agree to only allow members of my household to use my key for access to the pool. No member of my household under the age of 14 may access the pool unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
-I agree to secure the pool after each use.
-If I fail to pay my dues, violate the terms of this agreement, the covenants or violate the rules of the pool, my key may be disabled at the sole discretion on the HOA.
-If I sell my home, I will give the pool key (as part of household keys) to the new owner or be charged for the key at closing.
-If I lose my key, I will immediately notify the Sutton Place Homeowners’ Association Inc., so that my key can be disabled. A replacement key will be issued for a cost determined by the Homeowners’ Association.
- I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible and liable for any act or omission of any tenant and tenant guest that uses the key provided hereunder, if applicable.
- I understand that my key remains the property of the HOA and is not transferable.
